Overview
The Page Reports section helps you analyze recommendation performance for specific page types across your website. You can view granular engagement and conversion metrics for each page like
- Home Page
- Category Page
- Product Page
- Cart Page
- Brand Page.
These insights help you understand how users interact with recommendations at different touchpoints in their shopping journey.
Access Page Reports
Log in to Unbxd Recommendation console and navigate to Reports > Page and choose the page type you want to analyze:

| Impressions | Number of times recommendation widgets on this page were displayed to users. |
| Clicks | Number of times users clicked on recommended products displayed on this page. |
| Carts | Total number of times recommended products were added to the cart from this page. |
| Orders | Number of purchases completed from recommended products. |
| Conversion Rate | Percentage of clicks that resulted in orders. |
| Revenue | Total revenue generated from recommendations on this page. |
Performance Chart
The Performance Chart visualizes how key metrics have changed over time. Use the dropdown to select a primary metric and compare it v/s another metric. You can also switch between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly views.
This helps you identify seasonal variations, campaign impact, or changes in user engagement patterns.
Widget Performance
Each recommendation widget configured for that page is displayed in separate cards with detailed performance metrics. Each widget card includes widget-level metrics whichn is explained below:
- Widget Name: The name assigned to the recommendation widget (for example, NewExperienceView).
- Click-Through Rate(CTR): The percentage of users who clicked on recommendations after viewing them.
- Conversion: Percentage of clicks that led to completed purchases.
- Revenue: Total sales generated through that widget.
- Carts, Clicks, Orders: Numeric values representing user interactions at each funnel stage.
- View Details: Click to see more granular insights or data breakdowns for that widget.
TipUse these insights to compare widget performance across page types and optimize placement, content, or algorithm for better engagement.
Pages Available
All five Page Reports follow the same layout and functionality, providing consistent insights across the site. Refer the table below to understand the page type and their description.

| Category Page Report | It measures the performance of category-level recommendations that help users discover products within a section. |
| Product Page Report | It evaluates recommendations that drive cross-sell or upsell opportunities directly from product pages. |
| Cart Page Report | It monitors recommendations that encourage add-ons or complementary purchases at checkout. |
| Brand Page Report | It tracks engagement for recommendations on brand-specific listing pages. |
Optimizing Performance
Using the reports in this section, you can perform the following activity effectively:
- Identify top-performing widgets and replicate their strategy across pages.
- Detect drop-offs in CTR or conversions to optimize layout or algorithm settings.
- Track seasonal performance by switching to weekly or monthly trends.
- Download and share reports with teams to drive data-backed improvements.
