Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: Do I need to remap fields after uploading a new feed?

A: No. Once your mapping is complete, it remains valid unless new fields are introduced. If new fields are added, you can map them accordingly.

Q: Some product filters are missing from my search results?

A: Check that the relevant attributes are mapped and that corresponding values exist in your catalog feed.

Q: I see a warning about missing attributes?

A: Ensure all required fields like title, price, and image URL are mapped correctly. Then re-upload your feed.

Q: My filters behave incorrectly (e.g., price not sorting properly)?

A: Confirm the field data types (e.g., price as numeric). Incorrect data types may cause issues with filtering and sorting.
