Revamped Autosuggest Reporting Experience

The Autosuggest reporting experience has been fully modernised through a migration to a React-based interface, delivering a faster, more responsive, and future-ready analytics experience for monitoring query-suggestion performance. The revamped report introduces two dedicated views:Graph View and Table View. It gives you clearer, more flexible ways to analyse autosuggest engagement across all suggestion types.

What's New

  • Graph View: Visualize autosuggest metrics over time with a dual-axis trend chart. Plot any two metrics (e.g., Hits vs CTR) and filter by suggestion type like Keyword Suggestions, Trending Queries, InField Suggestions, Top Search Queries, or Popular Products.
  • Table View: Get a side-by-side breakdown of all key metrics by suggestion type in a clean, sortable table, including Hits, Clicks, Carts, Orders, Sale Through, Click Through, CTR, Conversion, and Revenue.
  • Summary Metric Cards: Instantly view aggregate totals for Hits, Clicks, Carts, Orders, Revenue, CTR, and Conversion for the selected date range and suggestion type.
  • Improved Filters: Quickly switch between suggestion types and date ranges with a faster, more intuitive filter experience.

Why This Matters

  • Faster and more responsive reporting workflows.
  • Clear visibility into autosuggest engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Easier identification of underperforming suggestion types to optimize autosuggest configurations

Team Dashboard: Total Control Over Team Management

Team Management & Account Settings is now available in the Unbxd Console, giving account administrators a centralised place to control user access, roles, and account-wide security, all from one screen.

What's New

  • User Management: Invite teammates, assign site-level roles, edit permissions, revoke access, and track invite status across your account.
  • Role-Based Access: Five roles available: Owner, Super Admin, Unbxd User, Admin, and Member , each with clearly defined permissions at the account and site level.
  • SSO: Configure Single Sign-On so your team authenticates through your organisation's identity provider, without gaining any additional permissions beyond their assigned role.
  • 2FA Enforcement: Enable two-factor authentication at the account level, requiring all users to set up 2FA at their next login.
  • Super Admin Management: Promote or remove Super Admins directly from the user edit screen. Up to 5 Super Admins per account.
  • Account Ownership Transfer: Super Admins and Unbxd Users can transfer account ownership to any existing team member across all sites and regions.

Why This Matters

  • Centralised control over who can access your account and what they can do.
  • Consistent user profiles and roles synced globally across all regions.
  • Cleaner separation between account-level and site-level access

Monitor Your Analytics Health with Pulse Status

Pulse Status is now available in the Unbxd Console, giving you full visibility into how well your Pulse analytics integration captures and attributes shopper events, with a side-by-side comparison of your legacy (V1) and new (V2) integrations during migration.

What's New

  • Event Volume & Breakdown: Track total events and daily trends by type (Click, Cart, Order) across V1 and V2.
  • Conversion Funnel Analysis: Validate the shopper journey from Hits > Click > Cart > Order, and identify drop-offs at each stage.
  • Attribution Performance: See how events are attributed across Search, Browse, and Experience sources, and track the reduction in unattributed events.
  • Error Tracking & Analysis— Surface tracking errors by type and day so issues can be fixed before they affect data quality. Graph & Table Views — Switch between a visual trend summary and a day-by-day numeric breakdown for deeper investigation.

Why This Matters

  • Validate V2 is tracking correctly before retiring V1.
  • Catch attribution gaps and tracking errors early.
  • Maintain cleaner, more complete event data across your analytics integration
